贵州玉舍国家森林公园三种造林植物光合生理特征研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
该研究以贵州省玉舍国家森林公园三种造林植物水榆花楸(Sorbus alnifolia)、近轮叶木姜子(Litsea elongata var.subverticillata)、山杨(Populus davidiana)为对象,测定其光合作用日变化和叶绿素荧光、叶片碳酸酐酶活力以及叶绿素含量和稳定碳同位素组成,并测定了植物生长地土壤理化性质,综合分析了三种植物的喀斯特生态适生能力。结果表明:水榆花楸和山杨的净光合速率明显高于近轮叶木姜子,这与其较高的气孔导度和光化学效率有关;而山杨因具有较高碳酸酐酶活力和叶绿素含量,表现出较高的水分利用效率。水榆花楸和山杨的光合生产能力较高,且受光强和温度限制,可在光照较好的地区大范围种植,作为速生植物来加快经济收入并改造当地脆弱生境的优选植物;近轮叶木姜子作为中药型植物,且在低光强下能够保持最大生长能力,可在光照条件不好的地区优先种植,既增加植被覆盖率又增加经济收入。该研究结果为山地森林资源的保护和开发利用提供了科学依据。  相似文献

为阐明西南典型喀斯特石漠化类型——喀斯特高原盆地石漠化植物群落结构和物种多样性特征及其演变规律,科学支撑喀斯特石漠化治理,选取了喀斯特高原盆地典型石漠化区贵州清镇簸箩小流域为研究区域,对其植被进行广泛的野外勘察,设置典型样方研究其植物群落结构和物种多样性特征;运用空间替代时间方法,研究石漠化演变过程中植物群落结构和物种多样性变化;基于2013—2015连续3 a的监测数据,研究其年际变化。结果表明:研究区群落结构简单,共记录到的植物分布58种,其中草本层18科24属28种、木本层17科25属30种;单种属的比例很高,为82.86%。不同等级石漠化环境植物群落高度、平均地径、平均冠幅、草本层生物量和灌木层生物量均具有显著差异;植物种群密度在不同等级石漠化环境变化依次为轻度石漠化中度石漠化潜在石漠化无石漠化。不同等级石漠化环境植物多样性指数、均匀度指数、丰富度指数和优势度指数均偏低,而且4种指数均与石漠化等级演替无明显耦合关系。不同年份植物群落高度、平均地径、种群密度和灌木层生物量随着时间的推移均呈增加趋势,但相邻年份增加不显著。研究区生态系统人为干扰逐渐减弱,植被呈现出正向演替的趋势,优势种的重要性趋于降低。该研究结果对我国西南喀斯特盆地生态功能恢复和石漠化植被重建具有一定的理论意义和实践指导价值。  相似文献

Our study is one of the very few cases of speleomycological research in recently discovered caves. The aim of this research was to assess the population size of fungal colonies and their species composition in the Jarkowicka cave, discovered in 2012. The air samples were taken from one location outside the cave and from two locations inside of it. Mycological evaluation of the rocks inside the cave was performed usingswab sampling procedure. In the Jarkowicka cave we found 22 species of fungi, including 13 isolated from air at the entrance and from the walls, and 8 species from air inside the cave. Cladosporium spp. were the fungi most frequently isolated from internal atmosphere of the Jarkowicka cave, and from the external air. On the other hand, the fungi most frequently isolated from the rocks were Mucor spp. We found several species not yet described as cave inhabitants: Hypocrea pachybasioides, Cladosporium uredinicola, and Embellisia abundans. Our study may provide a basis for comparison to other similar studies conducted in frequently visited caves by tourists.  相似文献

The upper Tennessee River Basin contains the highest density of our nation's caves; yet, little is known regarding speleogenesis or Fe and Mn biomineralization in these predominantly epigenic systems. Mn:Fe ratios of Mn and Fe oxide-rich biofilms, coatings, and mineral crusts that were abundant in several different caves ranged from ca. 0.1 to 1.0 as measured using ICP-OES. At sites where the Mn:Fe ratio approached 1.0 this represented an order of magnitude increase above the bulk bedrock ratio, suggesting that biomineralization processes play an important role in the formation of these cave ferromanganese deposits. Estimates of total bacterial SSU rRNA genes in ferromanganese biofilms, coatings, and crusts measured approximately 7×107–9×109 cells/g wet weight sample. A SSU-rRNA based molecular survey of biofilm material revealed that 21% of the 34 recovered dominant (non-singleton) OTUs were closely related to known metal-oxidizing bacteria or clones isolated from oxidized metal deposits. Several different isolates that promote the oxidation of Mn(II) compounds were obtained in this study, some from high dilutions (10–8–10–10) of deposit material. In contrast to studies of caves in other regions, SSU rRNA sequences of Mn-oxidizing bacterial isolates in this study most closely matched those of Pseudomonas, Leptothrix, Flavobacterium, and Janthinobacterium. Combined data from geochemical analyses, molecular surveys, and culture-based experiments suggest that a unique consortia of Mn(II)-oxidizing bacteria are abundant and promoting biomineralization processes within the caves of the upper Tennessee River Basin.  相似文献

Abstract

Cave lithifying systems are excellent models to study biomineralization in the dark. The Chimalacatepec Lava Tube System in Mexico harbors diverse biospeleothems where previous studies suggest that the formation of opaline terrestrial stromatolites is related to microorganisms in contiguous mats. However, there is no information regarding their characterization and their role in mineral formation. In this study, we characterized the bacterial and archaeal composition of microbial mats and stromatolites and suggested the main processes involved in the genesis of opaline stromatolites. Our results showed that the microbial mats and stromatolites have a similar 16S rRNA gene composition, but stromatolites contain more Actinobacteria, which have been previously found in other lava tubes together with other key bacteria. Microorganisms found here belonged to groups with the potential to fix carbon and degrade organic matter. We propose that the synergic interaction of autotrophic and heterotrophic microorganisms that thrive in the dark might be inducing carbonate precipitation within the Ca-enriched extracellular polymeric substances (EPS), generating opal-A and calcite laminae. The similar 16S rRNA gene fingerprint and the presence of potential pathways that induce carbonate precipitation in opaline stromatolites and microbial mats suggest that microbial mats lithify and contribute to the stromatolite biotic genesis.  相似文献

Abstract

In this contribution, we report on patterns of spider species diversity of the Azores, based on recently standardised sampling protocols in different habitats of this geologically young and isolated volcanic archipelago. A total of 122 species is investigated, including eight new species, eight new records for the Azorean islands and 61 previously known species, with 131 new records for individual islands. Biodiversity patterns are investigated, namely patterns of range size distribution for endemics and non‐endemics, habitat distribution patterns, island similarity in species composition and the estimation of species richness for the Azores. Newly described species are: Oonopidae ‐ Orchestina furcillata Wunderlich; Linyphiidae: Linyphiinae ‐ Porrhomma borgesi Wunderlich; Turinyphia cavernicola Wunderlich; Linyphiidae: Micronetinae ‐Agyneta depigmentata Wunderlich; Linyphiidae: Erigoninae ‐ Acorigone gen. nov. with its type species Acorigone zebraneus Wunderlich; Clubionidae ‐ Cheiracanthium floresense Wunderlich; Cheiracanthium jorgeense Wunderlich; Salticidae ‐ Neon acoreensis Wunderlich. Other major taxonomic changes are: Diplocentria acoreensis Wunderlich, 1992 (Linyphiidae) is transferred to Acorigone (comb. nov.), Leucognatha Wunderlich 1995 (Tetragnathidae) is not an endemic genus of the Azores but an African taxon and synonymous with Sancus Tullgren, 1910; Leucognatha acoreensis Wunderlich, 1992 is transferred to Sancus. Minicia picoensis Wunderlich, 1992 is a synonym of M. floresensis Wunderlich, 1992. For each species additional information is presented about its known distribution in the islands, its colonisation status, habitat occurrence and biogeographical origin.  相似文献

The ‘breccia’ stratum from Kents (we follow local tradition in using the form ‘Kents’, without an apostrophe) Cavern, England, has been well known for its rich yield of cave-bear material since excavations began in the mid-19th century. Recent work has established that the bears are of latest MIS 12 or earliest MIS 11 age. A life table based on a collection of 67 molariform teeth is consistent with the use of the cave as a hibernaculum. Univariate and morphological assessment of the teeth shows an unusual range of primitive and more derived characters. Multivariate morphometric analysis of cave-bear teeth from the site demonstrates that these animals, while currently assignable to Ursus deningeri sensu lato, are nevertheless morphologically distinct and not simply late deningeri on a hypothetical chronospecific continuum.  相似文献

喀斯特峰丛洼地不同生态系统的土壤肥力变化特征   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
基于喀斯特峰丛洼地坡耕地、草丛、灌丛、人工林、次生林、原生林6种典型生态系统的土壤主要养分、矿质养分和微生物这3组变量共计20个指标的调查、取样和分析,运用多重比较分析、主成分分析和典范相关分析探讨了其土壤肥力变化特征、主要影响因子及两两之间的相互关系。结果表明,喀斯特峰丛洼地土壤pH值为6.60—7.75,土壤主要养分、微生物种群数量和微生物生物量明显高于同纬度地区地带性红壤,矿质养分含量相对较低,其中SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3占矿质全量的90%以上。土壤肥力的总体趋势为原生林>次生林>灌丛>草丛>坡耕地>人工林。喀斯特石漠化地区实行林草结合的退耕还林还草模式更有利于土壤生态系统的环境改善,坡耕地应多施有机肥和氮肥,人工林应多施氮肥。原生林植物与养分之间达到了良好的平衡状态,主要应加强森林抚育管理,改善森林环境,保障植物、土壤养分及微生物之间的良好协调关系。确保土壤资源的合理利用,促进喀斯特峰丛洼地乃至整个西南喀斯特区域植被的迅速恢复和生态重建。  相似文献

中国已承诺大幅降低单位GDP碳排放,农业正面临固碳减排的重任.西南喀斯特地区环境独特,旱地面积占据优势比例,土壤碳循环认识亟待加强.以贵州省开阳县玉米-油菜轮作旱地为研究对象,采用密闭箱-气相色谱法对整个轮作期土壤CO2释放通量进行了观测研究,结果表明:(1)整个轮作期旱地均表现为CO2的释放源.其中油菜生长季土壤CO2通量为(178.8±104.8)mg CO2·m-2·h-1,玉米生长季为(403.0±178.8) mg CO2·m-2·h-1,全年平均通量为(271.1±176.4) mg CO2·m-2·h-1,高于纬度较高地区的农田以及同纬度的次生林和松林;(2)CO2通量日变化同温度呈现显著正相关关系,季节变化与温度呈现显著指数正相关关系,并受土壤湿度的影响,基于大气温度计算得出的Q10为2.02,高于同纬度松林以及低纬度的常绿阔叶林;(3)CO2通量与土壤pH存在显著线性正相关关系,显示出土壤pH是研究区旱地土壤呼吸影响因子之一.  相似文献
